Apparently the scheme has been in place since January in some stores but will be made available to all stores over the next few months. It will offer shoppers a 15% discount if you return a bag of old clothes to the shop.
They don't all have to be H&M either! The shop will accept other labels too.
Other stores with recycling systems include Kiehls, Lush and MAC.
It's not been an easy quarter for H&M which reported a 4% loss in the first quarter of this year. However the sales have been looking up for June as prices have been slashed. I am guessing this is because of shoppers doing exactly what I have.....cheap bikinis for holidays!
