The Los Angeles baller moved past his idol Michael Jordan on the NBA's career scoring list, landing at the No. 4 spot.
King James and the Lakers went head-to-head against the Denver Nuggets and the NBA legend-in-the-making tied Jordan at 32,292 career points half way through the second quarter. Then, he scored his 32,293rd point on a layup at the 5:38 mark. It was a surreal moment for James as Jordan has been his idol since he was a kid. After historic point, the Lakers waited until the next timeout to honor King James. Everyone in attendance stood up and applauded him during a tribute video that was played in the arena. LeBron ended the game with a total 31 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists. Unfortunately for the Lakers, the Nuggets ended up beating them, 115-99.
