Richard Hambleton makes rare public appearance at the Tribeca Film Festival

NYC 4-21-17: Reclusive artist Richard Hambleton makes a very rare public appearance at the Tribeca Film Festival in support of the documentary "Shadowman."

In the early 1980's, Richard Hambleton was New York City's precursor to Banksy, a rogue street artist whose silhouette paintings haunted the sides of Manhattan buildings.
