Tropical storm Ophelia is holding offshore of the Florida east coast about sixty or so mile and pouring in the rain. It has effected us over here on the west central coast somewhat-mostly cloudy and a few degrees cooler but still humid. The last report I heard about five minutes ago sounds like it is anybody's guess about what it will do. Some computer models show it moving out to the east for a while then turning back and hitting Florida as a hurricane. in any event, this is another one that bears watching. The Atlantic water is not quite as warm as that of the Gulf of Mexico but if the sumbitch comes across the state and reforms in the Gulf-watch out and batten down the hatches!
UPDATE
The bitch is now a cat one with 75 miles an hour wind and nobody has any idea in hell what it going to do. If you happen to live on the Florida east coast or maybe even the Georgia coast I recommend you get prepared! This bitch is just sitting off shore gaining strength before she decides who to hit.
